Great fans and excellent service

This is the third fan I have purchased for a new home two 52” and one 60”. They were all easy to install and work great. The vendor replies back very promptly and is extremely flexible. On the 60” fan I needed to get a longer down rod (36”) and I asked what I needed to get in order to mount the fan and they took the lead and supplied the down rod and needed wiring. Highly recommended

Quiet (yet powerful) modern ceiling fan

Happy with all aspects of this fan. Seems of good quality, quiet, easy to control with remote, many fan speeds and lighting options. Nice wood finish.

Great fan, even better customer service!

Bought this fan and once I installed it, there was a click in the motor after leveling. Contacted customer support and they had a replacement motor sent right away. No more click, fan is silent and working great! Very fast response from customer support!

Only one issue

The fan and light are great. I love it! The look and quality is very good! The only issue I'm not in love with is the controls rely heavily on the remote control. Its wired in to a multi switch yet the color, speed, brightness, etc all controlled by remote. When I turn the light off and leave the fan on at night a very very dim glow appears from the light. For the price the look and quality is great! For me it will likely be a 10yr light fixture with a $500 replacement in the future.
