HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are typically processed within 12-24 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
1. All Open-Box products are carefully inspected to ensure they are in good working condition, repackaged for shipment, and will be shipped within 2 business days.
2. We have over 9 warehouses across different states in the U.S. Orders will be shipped from the nearest warehouse for faster delivery, usually it will take 2-4 days to delivery.
3. Our primary shipping service providers include FedEx, UPS, and other trusted carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
SHIPPING CHARGERS
The total cost of your purchase will include shipping and handling fees as displayed at checkout on Dici Mall. Shipping costs are determined by both the weight and dimensions of the package. Larger or oversized items may incur higher shipping fees.
4.Free Shipping on Orders Over $199
We offer free shipping on orders totaling $199 or more (after discounts and before taxes).
5. Provide an Accurate Physical Address
We require a complete and correct physical address for shipping. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues not caused by us, the buyer must cover the full reshipping and handling fees. Refused or undeliverable shipments will not receive a shipping and handling refund. Returned shipments will be held until reshipping fees are paid. If you require signature confirmation, a small additional fee will apply.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We do NOT ship to international locations, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. We only ship to physical addresses within the Contiguous United States.
7. Customers in Hawaii, and Alaska are responsible for shipping freight and any applicable surcharges.
All taxes, duties, and customs fees will be paid by the customer.
For security reasons, we reserve the right to ship only to the confirmed address on the order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your order, please log in to your account and navigate to your order details. There, you will find the tracking number for your shipment. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, etc.) to monitor the delivery status.
