This fan looks nice overall and the air output is nice as well. The remote is slow to respond, so it does take time to turn on or off.
At 66 in this fan is putting out a lot of air. The design of it isn't the greatest in my opinion, I think the wood and metal look is a bit dated but overall the fan gets the job done.It has a remote just like any respectable ceiling fan and assembly for it is a fairly simple affair. From opening the box to having it completely assembled was maybe 15 minutes. Installation time and difficulty will largely depend on your skill set and the location of the install but if you know how to hardwire electronics you should be fine.If you don't I would hire an electrician to both assemble and install it that way you don't have to be involved at all.Overall pretty good fan for the price.Until we meet again-Off the Grid Ken
I previously purchased some indoor ceiling fans from this company & they have worked flawlessly. I decided that I needed to replace the ceiling fan on my covered patio here in central Texas. Summer here is HOT! 😆 The old fan only has 5 blades & didn't drop down low enough from the ceiling to get enough cool air circulation. I found this model indoor/outdoor ceiling fan & decided to give it a try. It turns out to be a great choice. The first thing I noticed was that it came with 3 extension choices. I used the longest one & it really dropped the fan closer to the patio floor. The old fan has much shorter blades while this is a 66" fan with 8 blades. This fan makes a huge difference & it operates very quietly & with no wobble.Assembly & installation was easy. It was packaged well to prevent damage & all parts & hardware were present. No issues at all with fitting parts. All fit perfectly & an easy to follow instruction book was included. I appreciated that the wiring from the fan to the remote control box was plug & play rather than using wire nuts to connect them. To install this fan all you need is one hot wire, one neutral wire, & one ground wire. It was a very easy installation & all wires fit easily within the fan covering.I give this fan a 5 star rating based upon appearance, quality, ease of assembly, ease of installation, & the fact that it works great. Looking forward to a lot of time spent sipping a cool beverage on the patio!
I’ve never considered a fan of showpiece, but man this one looks great. They really ties the room together with that farmhouse look and the super easy install. There’s very few pieces and he can raise the rod higher or lower. It moves a ton of air. And you can adjust the speed and direction accordingly. It was one of the easier fans to install an amateur can do it.
I love this fan. Its very simple, clean, elegant fan that reminds me of a country home. Its not too fancy decorative wise and it pushes out a lot of air. For the size of 66” it has a lot of blades at 8; which is probably why it pushes out so much air. It is simple as any fan to put up; although with that many blades to pairs of hands are better than one. Overall, I am a big fan of this fan and think it’s a great product.
