I was looking for a fan with certain wood grain and modern looking since I had just remodeled my kitchen. When I came across this brand I was instantly attracted to the styles and the numerous options they offered in wood grains and colors.After about 3 or 4 months the led light no longer worked. I contacted the company by email and in less than 24 hours they responded and sent a new led light set up at no cost. and I appreciated the quick response and efficiency! To replace the light was very, very easy. I appreciated the quick response and efficiency!The fan is very quiet or you can make it sound like a "breeze" with the remote control. I would buy this brand again with no hesitation!
A great fan for our kids bedroom. An straight forward install (just pay close attention to the photos). 3 options for lighting, which comes in handy. Quiet, blows very cool and modern looking. Its not flush, but its not too low neither. Top notch customer service as well! Definitely recommend as this is my second fan from this company/brand. **4.5 stars**
This is a beautiful fan and very quiet. My contractor installed it. I easily set it up on the Smart Life app to control with my smart phone and also I can control it with my voice using Alexa. The only tricky part was getting the batteries into the remote. It took 2 smart people 15 minutes to figure it out. Hint slide the batteries in diagonally. They really should have a diagram for the battery installation.
Easy to install and put together instruction were fine for that but hooking the fan/light up to wifi/bluetooth , the instruction suck you must download the smart life app then make sure your wifi is 2.4 and then turn power off at wall switch and then on and then push and hold the power /wifi button for 5 second and the fan light will slowly blink once and then you captured it on the app and then you can have google asst or Alexa or your phone app control it all I have google so I just tell google to either turn fan light on or off or have google turn fan on or off , that's great
We love these fans and decided the quiet outweighs not using my 2nd light wall switch.We have a new house and the fans installed in upstairs bedrooms made a motor hum. We also had 2 Dicimall (without light) fans installed in den and master bedroom and after changing out the first motor on each, both of those fans, are quiet and put out great air.We decided to change out the 3 upstairs bedroom (motor hum by another company) fans with Dicimall. 2 out of 3 had a defective or missing part and we emailed Dicimall to have it shipped. We installed each fan and very quiet and put out great air flow.Pros: great customer service to make right what is wrong, very light fans, very quiet dc motor and stylish with great air flow. If turn on at wall switch the light will turn on to last setting.Cons: fan is really to be used with remote. I have 2 wall switches (1 light, 1 fan) and only use the fan switch and rest is done by remote. When turn on wall switch the fan does not turn on to last setting like the light. You have to turn the fan on.Overall a very nice fan and now we have 5 in our house. 2 without light and 3 with light. I would recommend and know you may have to reach out to customer service and they will respond.
