love it, clean, sleek and easy to install. Everyone compliments my new patio fan.
Excellent product - nice clean design, great air flow, super quiet motor. Works very well in our home. We had a small issue with one of the 4 fans that we purchased (the motor came with a scratch, replacement was sent immediately) and the DICI Mall team communication was fast and efficient in solving the problem.
Love the fan! Easy to clean. We ordered two of them. One fan had some issues with the remote, however, the company sent us a new sensor, remote and light for a replacement. There was a delay in shipping or else I would have given 5 stars.
I bought the fan in November, 2024 and both the light and fan initially worked but after not using since the fan for whatever reason isn't working. I contacted the manufacturers so called customer service both via the Chat option and no response. I just tried contacting them via email and no response. They say it has a warranty but if you can't get in contact it's worthless. FYI, I tried all the quick fix options; new batteries, powering off and back on from breaker, checking all the wire connections and nothing. Hopefully I will get some kind of response and I will update this review if I resolve the issue.
Update: I received an email from the manufacturer and replacement parts have been sent to me via USPS and I will update my review.
Update 02/28/2025 the replacement parts came in, installed and fully operational.
Update 03/27/2025 the ceiling fan is working well and we are happy with our purchase.
